Messana’s role after installation

Messana is just the manufacturer of components. Messana relies on any issues of our products being relayed to us by the installer, and we tend not to maintain direct contact with the homeowner.

The installer of your system will be your direct contact for any issues you may have related to the functionality of the total system, i.e. no hot water, heat pump issues, circulation pump malfunctions, or air unit issues.

However, for any issues directly related to the Messana app, we are here to support.

We also offer a VIP service that many clients have opted to utilize, at least for the first year. This service is called mConnect and, due to the complexity of your system, I would highly recommend it.

The Messana app has numerous options and customizations that allow the user to achieve an optimum comfort level in the home. Because it is challenging to find the perfect comfort and efficiency setup, mConnect is a great option to help figure it out. For a new system, we invest quite a bit of time with our mConnect customers to analyze the performance of their system and understand how best to meet their needs.
