Does Messana offer a system monitoring service?

Messana offers clients the option to subscribe to mConnect, our VIP active monitoring service.

Our controls come with automatic software updates and free access to the Messana app, which allows users to access their system remotely. Additionally, occupants may always adjust their system from within their environment, with or without an internet connection. 

Alternatively, the mechanical contractor may offer a remote system monitoring service to ensure the system performing properly.

There are no maintenance requirements for the control system. For the maintenance of the mechanical equipment, it is recommended that the contractors who conducted the installation provide a service contract.
