Who will coordinate the implementation of the controls?

Messana provides the control system to the mechanical contractor who is responsible for installing both the mechanical and control components. We offer free, in-house training to mechanical contractors. We expect the contractor to coordinate with us regarding the specific job, and it is their responsibility to get in touch with us for all installation questions or concerns.

For a fee, Messana is available to act as project manager for the installation of controls and will coordinate with all trades (general contractor, radiant contractor, AC contractor). As the project manager, we assume all responsibility for the controls functionality.
