Here are the final photos from the 9,300 sq/ft Atherton home that we have been posting about!
In addition to our Ray Magic® radiant ceiling panels and a radiant floor, this home uses Jaga  fan coils to provide second-stage cooling during the hottest days of the year!
The system uses Briza 22 fan coils with thin linear diffusers to maintain a modern look throughout the home. There is also an exposed Briza 22 in the workshop/garage portion of the home that fits perfectly with the industrial look of the workspace!
In addition to the Briza 22 fan coils, custom Briza 12’s with black grills were used in the hallways where long ductwork runs weren’t an option!
The final photo shows the radiant floor manifold and the custom DIN bar zone controller that we designed to allow the radiant floor to be managed with the rest of the system via Messana mControls.
