This seven-story single-family building has provided modern climate control functionality with vintage aesthetics by merging the style cues of the Gilded Age with the operational mechanics of the Digital Age.
Built in 1920 and renovated in 2015, this Manhattan building now features a one-of-a-kind climate control system!
Messana mControls were well-suited for this job because of its unique ability to control third-party HVAC systems. Although mControls were used to manage our mSense room comfort sensors and Air Treatment Units, they also control the third-party radiant floor system and Daikin VRF fan coils! The entire system was then seamlessly integrated with a Savant smart-home automation system, allowing users to easily control and monitor their HVAC system with the rest of their smart-home devices!
