This Pebble Beach home uses Photovoltaic solar panels as an energy source. Two Spacepak air-to-water heat pumps and two U.S Boiler Co. boilers were used to supply hydronic heating and cooling.šŸ”„ā„ļø

This home uses our mBox hydronic controller and mZone zoning modules to manage this complex system which includes:
– A radiant floor for heating
– Our Ray Magic NKĀ® radiant ceiling panels for cooling
AermecĀ fan coils for supplemental cooling
– Four Messana Air Treatment Units (ATUs) to perform neutral temperature dehumidification and mechanical ventilation!
