We call this one “The White House,” and we’re sure you can tell why!
These photos are from a remodel in Los Gatos, California. The 5,000 sqft, 5-bed, 3-bath home was originally built in 1905! It received quite the upgrade when the homeowners decided to install our Ray Magic® gypsum radiant ceiling panels to provide radiant cooling and heating! Additionally, this home uses two Messana air treatment units to provide neutral temperature dehumidification and mechanical ventilation.
The radiant system was installed by Hydronica, our local hydronic experts!
The following components were used in the mechanical room to bring this radiant system to life!
– Belimo mixing and diverting valves
– Boiler Buddy buffer tank
– Triangle tube DHW tank
– Daikin Altherma heat pump
– Viessmann boiler
– Grundfos pumps
